Flying over uninvolved people and above crowds is not allowed.
Flying near uninvolved persons is permitted under the following conditions:
- Maintain a minimum horizontal distance of 30 meters, or
- Minimum distance of 5 meters if the drone is operating in low-speed mode.
Flying above buildings is allowed.
This category applies to drones weighing between 900g and 4kg, bearing a C2 class identification label.
The maximum flight altitude is 120 meters AGL (Above Ground Level), measured from the nearest point on the ground.
To take the A2 examination, you must first hold the A1/A3 certification.
